Paolo Bossio is the president and CEO of Advantage Pest Control. He founded the business in 2000, using his father’s decades of pest control experience and his own ingenuity and leadership skills to build a unique brand. Today, he is proud to run a growing business built on the principles of integrity and family. Paolo’s innovative pest control practices have seen him featured on Global News, CityTV, Toronto Sun, and Chatelaine Magazine. He is a respected leader amongst his peers and a member of the board of the Structural Pest Management Association of Ontario.

Committed to personal and professional growth, Paolo attends conferences with the SPMAO, the National Pest Management Association, and the Canadian Pest Management Association to expand his expertise and stay informed about developments in an ever-changing, ever-growing industry. Paolo prides himself and his company on being ahead of the curve, always learning more about the latest pest control technologies. Advantage Pest Control specializes in dynamic integrated pest management. Integrated pest management is a four-step system of pest control that focuses on managing pest populations while being conscious of the environmental impact of the chosen solution. Advantage Pest Control’s program is dynamic because of the way Paolo and his team adapt solutions to fit the needs of their customers. When he isn’t working, Paolo loves to travel and spend time with his wife and their three children. He’s also an avid sports fan and a born-and-bred Toronto native who loves to cheer for the Raptors, the Leafs, and Toronto FC.
