Advantage Pest Control provides round the year protection for the residents of your properties. By servicing the common areas of the building on a routine monthly schedule, we can keep pests at bay and out of your property. Advantage ’s in-suite inspections and treatment approach ensures a quick, safe, and effective resolution to the infestations that directly affect the families that reside in your property.
Step 1)
Inspection
Advantage Pest Control technicians follow IPM protocols to identify pest infestations, the source of the infestation and the migration patterns between residential units. During the inspection our technicians will identify any structural and sanitation concerns that may hinder the success of the treatment. A detailed report of our findings will be provided that also contains treatment recommendations, as well as safety guidelines and instructions on how to prepare the unit for treatment
Step 2)
Pest Control Service
Prior to the commencement of any treatment, our PMPs will ensure that the unit has been accurately prepared for the treatment. He or she will conduct a walkthrough of the unit to ensure that all pets and occupants have vacated the unit before any pesticides have been applied. Treatment of the targeted pests may require multiple visits, depending on the pest, the infestation volume, and the sanitation of the unit.

Interior Program
In addition to pest control, your program will include the following services:

- Full written and verbal reports detailing issues, actions taken as well as sanitation or structural concerns
- Preferred unit pricing

- Full written and verbal reports detailing issues, actions taken as well as sanitation or structural concerns
- 2 exterior rodent stations for preventative control of mice and rats (outside by the compactor room)
- 2 units at the time of service for either inspection or treatment of cockroaches or mice at no additional charge

In addition to pest control, your program will include the following services:
- Monthly service/inspection with monitoring and preventative devices and treatments as needed
- Full written and verbal reports detailing issues, actions taken as well as sanitation or structural concerns
- 9 exterior rodent stations for preventative control of mice and rats (outside by the compactor room)
- 5 units at the time of service for either inspection or treatment of cockroaches or mice at no additional charge
- Quarterly manager audits.
